THRU HIKING

• It's kinda crazy to be pushing the boundaries and seeking it (fear). I feel like there's sometimes a healthy/sometimes unhealthy level of I need to be a little scared to have fun or really enjoy it.

• I feel like I've become so strong dealing with stuff like that (fears).

• It was such a cool shift to realize that that was a strength too...to admit when you need someone else's help.

• I think the Sierras was a huge shift and when I started to fall in love with the PCT.

• The PCT gave me the sense of being able to get through stuff.

• You're happy...I promise you!
