• You don’t know until you drink stinky cow water how good it is!
• It teaches you not to be picky and breaks down all those barriers for you.
• That’s what I love about hiking. It just breaks it down to what’s important and what’s not.
• If you’re doing the full thru hike, you have to hold yourself accountable because whether it’s a weather window or whatever or time for having off work or what not, if your goal is to get to Canada or your goal is to get to Katahdin, you have to keep pushing yourself.
• Every day is the whole rollercoaster of emotions.
