• There’s something that pulls us together.

• The mind controls the body much more than the body controls the mind.

• It’s quite cool to dive deep into your mind.

• If you really pay attention to the reasons that you are doing the trail and coming from your heart, I think in the struggle times, in the hard times, you can always come back to yourself.

• Where is my mind?  Where are my thoughts?  Am I here in this moment or am I somewhere else.
