THRU HIKING

• This whole experience has showed me how much I have to be grateful for.

• I really wanted to take this time on the PCT to think about where I wanted to head.

• I feel like being in a place where you can use this time for self reflection is… it’s a great privilege.

• I think so many people’s lives were moving at such a fast pace that there was never a chance to slow down and really see if it was really working or if they even liked what they’re doing.

• Less really can be more.

• At least for me that was part of the draw.  That’s part of the piece that I’m most excited about is to just allow myself to be transformed.  Allow myself to peel away those layers and see what’s next.

• There are always gonna be little things that are scary, but I think that’s all been part of the allure for me… is to actively face those fears and remind myself over and over that I’m stronger than I think I am.

• Also to acknowledge where the line in the sand is. Alright what are the precautions needed to keep me safe and where does that transition into holding me back from experiencing life in its fullest.
