• I’d achieved all these things that I thought I was supposed to achieve and I just…
it wasn’t doing it for me.

• If you think about maximizing every bite of food that goes into your mouth,
the better off you’re going to be.

• If I have to carry all this water to stay hydrated, then why not maximize that and
add some nutrition to it too.  Then that way that’s actually less food you have
to sit and chew cause its easy to swallow nutrition.

• Every trail is so different you can’t just say my meal plan is X, because that’s not going to work.

• If you don’t want to bonk, you need to eat every 60 to 90 minutes.

• This is the best thing for me right now and I’m going for it.

• It sounds like you’re just going for a walk… and it’s so much more than just walking.
